NEXT Ingegneria dei Sistemi S.p.A.
Next – Ingegneria Dei Sistemi S.p.A. is a completely private Italian Company esteblished in 1999 with its legal head office in Rome.

Next core business is the delivery of IT consultancy services for main national and international players in the Defence and Aerospace industries.

During the course of its activities, NEXT has matured software engineering and development capabilities to provide turnkey custom solutions for major European programmes for its European space and defence clients.

Moreover the accumulated technical knowledge allows the entrance in contiguous markets to diversify and to take advantage of new opportunities these new markets may offer. This strategy has been enabled by the Next investments in R&D activities: NEXT has set-up a R&D Department whose goals are to bring new technologies and systems in the service of business products and services. In particular, Next is involved in many national and international projects, co-funded by renewed institutions such ESA, the Italian Space Agency, the EU, the Italian Ministry of research and others.

NEXT headquarter is located in the Rome in the Tiburtina valley area, which host the most important premises and headquarters of many Italian companies active in the defence and aerospace industries. More precisely, it can be found in a recently restructured ancient farm. With more than 40 employees working in site, this is the main office and hosts administrative and management teams, as well as in-house developing teams.

In addition, Next opens three operative offices in Naples, Avezzano, near the Galileo GGC in Fucino and Ronco dei Legionari to provide local support to a growing customer base across Italy.

Over the last few years NEXT has evolved its organisational structure in order to comply with changing national and European Community law and regulations (labour and taxation).

In 2015 NEXT has incorporated a new company, NEXT ES GmbH,  in Germany at Darmstadt to support locally the activities at ESA ESOC and Eumetsat.

In 2016 NEXT has opened an operative branch in The Nederland at Noordvijk to support local activities at ESA ESTEC.

NEXT has the understanding of the client, the people, the processes, and tools in place to manage efficiently its employees and get the best of talent and performance.

Client satisfaction is at the heart of the business and, accordingly, a clear emphasis is placed on developing customer enthusiasm and exceeding customer expectations. NEXT dedicates itself to anticipating the changing needs of customers and creating timely, innovative and superior services and software products that fit within the current challenging European economies.
